The Cafe's New COVID-19 Guidelines

Hello everyone! We are so excited to be reopening again! We know we have shared these guidelines already but things can very easily get lost on Facebook so we thought we'd do a quick blog post so you can find the new guidelines and refresh your memory at any point before you come! It's super important that you stick to these as closely as you can to ensure your safety, other customers' safety, and the staffs' safety also!

 We have been working very hard behind the scenes during lockdown and cannot wait for you to all see some of the updates.

*Please note these may be subject to change depending on the developing COVID situation and government guidelines.*

We will resume trading for the following hours:

Monday – CLOSED
Tuesday – 10am – 4pm
Wednesday – 10am – 4pm
Thursday – CLOSED
Friday – 10am – 4pm
Saturday – 10am – 4pm
Sunday - 10am – 4pm 

• Staff will wear face masks for your protection -unless they have medical exemptions. We also advise our customers to wear a mask or covering, but this is your own choice. All customers will be required wash their hands on entry and exit of the café. Hand Sanitiser is already in place as you come in and out of the cafe but additional sanitising stations will be available on every table. 

•  Bookings have been reduced to only allow 4 tables in the café at any one time. We ask that you are sensible and are also follow the government guidelines with your group. The reduction of customers is to allow our cats to get used to the number of people again and allow us to follow the social distance rules. 

• You will be required to stay in your allocated area for the duration of your stay, table service will operate and we will give you toys and treats to encourage cats to you. 

• Please do not arrive early for you booking as we will not be able to seat you until your time slot. We also ask please do not be late as we will no longer be able to allow you to stay after your allotted time to allow us to carry out the necessary extra cleaning measures in place. 

• Bathrooms will temporarily be closed for hygiene reasons. 

• Lastly any new bookings can be made as normal using our online booking page http://pawscat.cafe/Booking.html Please note that Walk in’s will be VERY limited and subject to new availability guides.

The safety of our cats and customers is always a priority for us. We do ask that you help us by following all these new guidelines. Please also be patient with us, we are learning a new way of working in these uncertain times and we assure you we are doing our best. Anyone who had a past booking or voucher to redeem that was unable to visit during our closed period please contact us via email pawscatcafe.info@gmail.com. Please note we will not start taking phone calls until the café has officially re-opened on the 4th July.
